** As of October 17,2025, the bid has been withdrawn. No definite date for the rebid.** Demolition and disposal of 150,000 gallon water tank. Any questions concerning this bid may be directed in writing to James Hadaway, Utility Manager, at jhadaway@cityofpellcity.net. Prequalification of Bidders is not required. This project is governed by competitive bid laws as contained in Title 41 of the Alabama Code. Bidders should be familiar with this code. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities. No Bid-der may withdraw his bid within sixty days from the date set for receiving of the same.
