Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Rancho Cordova, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,720-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; 2,560-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and 3,360-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
As of November 20, 2025, the project was awarded to Landmark Constructors, Inc. but the awarded amount is not available. Provide a total of three (3) permanent modular buildings including concrete foundations and concrete slab-on-deck floor systems as follows: One (1) 96x40, One (1) 84x40, and One (1) 80x32. All proposers are required to read and completely familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions of the Bid, and to submit all necessary paperwork as required of proposer as specified in the Bid. The District reserves the right to postpone the opening of bids, accept or reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in any bid, all as District deems to be in its own best interests. All proposers, and all subcontractors listed in any proposal, must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) pursuant to California Labor Code section 1725.5. The project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR. This is a public works project and is subject to prevailing wage requirements and the successful proposer, and each of its subcontractors, shall be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
