The project includes a General Construction Contract to perform the work associated with the 2025-2026 Capital Outlay Project at the Bus Garage for Lowville Academy & Central School. Drawings, Specifications and Bid Forms may be obtained at the office of Plan & Print Systems, Inc., Telephone: 315-437-5111, located at 6160 Eastern Avenue, Syracuse, New York, 13211, upon deposit of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00). Please forward/mail your deposit checks to Plan & Print Systems for processing but make the checks payable to "Lowville Academy & Central School". Cash will not be acceptable as a deposit for the Contract Documents. Only complete sets will be issued. Contract documents will be delivered via UPS Ground service upon request and receipt of an additional non-refundable delivery and handling charge, payable by separate check to Plan & Print Systems, Inc. Any sets required in excess of the above-mentioned maximums are to be obtained directly by interested parties at the full cost of printing, at their cost, directly from Plan & Print Systems. Deposits for documents, which are not returned within this 30-day period, will not be refundable The Board of Education, above named, reserves the right to waive any and all informalities and irregularities and reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit, with his Bid, security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and attached wage rates schedule to be paid under this Contract. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within forty-five (45) days after the date set for the opening thereof.
