Site work for a mixed-use development in Dublin, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade transportation facility; and one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.

The project involves the construction and installation of five COTA bus stops and a new sidewalk along Sawmill Road. The bus stops will include concrete pads, bus shelters, trash receptacles, and bike racks. The work will also include new signing and pavement markings. Additionally, a new pedestrian walkway will be installed along Sawmill Road from Bridge Park Avenue to Dublin Center Drive, with the sidewalk being approximately 0.25 miles in length. The project includes ADA compliant pedestrian ramps and ditches. Bidders must register and set up to bid electronically via Bid Express, review each solicitation intended for bidding, and furnish a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security in Bond form must be issued by a surety company licensed in Ohio. Each proposal must include the full name of the submitting party and all interested persons, as well as evidence of experience with projects of similar size and complexity. Prevailing Wage payment is required. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any informalities or irregularities, and enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder. All contractors and subcontractors are to use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor to the extent practicable and must ensure nondiscrimination in employment.
