The City of Edmonton (the "City") invites bidders to submit bids for this Sourcing Opportunity for the Supply and Delivery of Engineered Wood Fibre on an if and when required basis. The Work to be performed by the successful bidder is outlined in the Description of Goods document attached to the Form of Agreement Section in the SAP Ariba platform. The link to the Ariba Discovery Posting can be accessed by following this link at Online. he City will not be responsible for communicating information discussed at the bidders conference to bidders who fail to attend. Notwithstanding that the City may provide oral answers to questions at the bidders conference, those answers shall not be considered final unless added to the Sourcing Event as addenda. No statement, consent, waiver, acceptance, approval, amendment or anything else said or done in the bidders conference by the City or any of its advisors, employees or representatives shall be binding on the City and cannot be relied upon in any way by bidders except when and only to the extent expressly confirmed in writing via addenda. The initial Term of the Contract will be 1 year. In its sole discretion, the City may extend the Term on the same terms and conditions for up to 4 additional years. The length of any extension will be at the City's sole discretion. It is the City's intention to enter into the Contract with one bidder. Bids submitted through means other than the SAP Ariba platform, except as specifically allowed by the City, will not be accepted by the City.
