Renovation of a municipal facility in Baldwin, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
In general, the project consists of the following: Providing all materials and labor for complete re-roofing of the Town of Eau Galle Town Hall Building as described in the Construction Documents prepared by Rural Mutual Insurance dated 08/25/2025. Providing all materials and labor for the complete re-siding of the Town of Eau Galle Town Hall Building as described in the Construction Documents prepared by Supervisor Ryan Anez. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security (Certified Check or Bid Bond) in the Amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum bid amount made payable to the Town of Eau Galle, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and furnish bonds. Bid and Bid Security may not be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the bid deadline. Bid Security will be retained if the bidder is awarded the Work and fails to execute the Agreement and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. Bidders who have not submitted qualifications to the Town of Eau Galle in the last 12 months, shall submit a Statement of Bidder's Qualifications, see specification, with their bid. The Town of Eau Galle reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
