Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Baldwin, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

In general, the project consists of the replacement of sanitary sewer and water main, and full urban reconstruction of three blocks of Maple Street and 8th Avenue; storm sewer improvements and full urban reconstruction of the Meadowlane Drive cul-de-sac; storm sewer improvements on Elm Street; cured-in-place lining of approximately 350 LF of sanitary sewer; and asphalt paving of two Village-owned parking lots, an alleyway, and the final surface course for portions of 9th Avenue, Oak Street, and Maple Street that were constructed in 2025. This project is funded in part by financial assistance from The Wisconsin Department of Transportation's Local Roads Improvement Program (LRIP) and will be administered in accordance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
