Pomerleau Inc., as construction manager for the project mentioned in the title, is pleased to invite you to submit a bid for the work in lot L2301: Ventilation and Regulation. SCOPE OF WORK IN GENERAL Without limitation, the work consists of demolition of existing structures, service interruptions, insulation, expertise, management, supply, handling, transportation, installation, and commissioning of all systems and accessories described in this estimate and/or on the drawings, all of which must be operational Coordination and BIM modeling of the equipment in lot L2301, see BIM management and execution plans in Appendix 7. In addition, the contractor for lot L2301 will act as the lead coordinator. In collaboration with the consultants and the representative, and without limitation, the contractor shall establish the procedure for updating the federated model with all other contractors and for issuing the installation plans, coordinated for verification by the consultants. Delivery, handling, and installation at its final location. Drilling and sealing openings in floors and partitions for Lot L2301 equipment. Dust protection during work. Final cleaning of equipment, including removal of protective covers. The contractor for Lot L2301 - Ventilation - Control is responsible for planning the start-up of electromechanical equipment, including interdisciplinary coordination and monitoring.
