Scope of work includes parking lot, concrete sidewalk, pickleball court, site furniture, playground, subsurface drainage, minor site grading, tubular steel fence, water fountains, irrigation, and landscape, sod and hydromulch. Instructions to bidders: Sealed bids addressed to Galveston County Municipal Utility District No. 57 will be received at the office of WTM Land Design, LLC, 5614 1st Street Katy, TX 77493 until 11 a.m. Local Time, October 17th, 2025, and then publicly opened and read at the same address. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A NON-MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held remotely on October 3rd, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. Local Time via Microsoft Teams. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check acceptable to the Owner in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount bid. The successful bidder shall deliver, at the bid opening address, the original certified or cashier's check within one (1) business day of receipt of the bid opening. Bidders must have at least five years of confirmed experience on comparable size projects in the Houston Area. The successful bidder must furnish Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) each of the total contract price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding except the time for submitting a bid. The successful bidder will be the responsible bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
