Location Description Allegheny County State Route/Section 65/A60 Part Name: CI for SR 65-A60 Project Description: ECMS 121799, SR 65-A60:The scope of work includes T1 steel repairs on SR 65, Fort Duquesne Ramp Bridge over Reedsdale Street, Tony Dorsett Drive, West General Robinson Street, and North Shore Drive in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County.Requested Staffing: 2-TCIS with concrete certs, 3-TCI for field with three concrete certs, and 1-TCI for office that may also be used in the fieldAnticipated Completion Date: September 1, 2027 Anticipated NTP: May 4, 2026 Project Time: Day and Night time The Department will establish an order of ranking of a minimum of (3 ) firms for the purpose of negotiating an agreement based on the Department's evaluation of the statements of interest received in response to this solicitation. The final ranking will be established directly from the statements of interest. Technical proposals will not be requested prior to the establishment of the final ranking. All questions and answers are required to go through ECMS's "Questions and Responses" forum. The statement of interest, at a minimum, should indicate how the selected firm will accomplish the tasks outlined and provide the services as detailed. The anticipated duration of the agreement is 2 years.
