Initiating Organization: Engineering District 6-0 Agreement Type: Open End 100% State Funded: No Services Requested: Construction Management Provide as Needed Construction Management Services for the Project That Consist of Bridge Rehabilitation Activities for Ten (10) Structures Along I-95. Construction Includes Replacement of Bridge Parapet on All Ten (10) Structures, Replacement of Latex-modified Concrete Deck Overlay on Nine (9) Structures, Repair or Replacement of Deck Expansion Joints, Painting of Steel Superstructure and Structural Steel Repairs, Substructure Concrete Repairs, Replacement or Repair of Bearings, and Replacement of Bridge Drainage System. In-river Work Consists of Concrete Repairs and Scour Remediation of the River Pier. Additional Work Consists of Sign Structures Replacement, Its, Highway Lighting, and Other Miscellaneous Construction, as Indicated on the Approved Drawings Included in the Bid Package for State Route 0095 Section Gp1, in Philadelphia County, City of Philadelphia, From Approximately the Enterprise Avenue Interchange at Segment 0140/0141 Offset 2565/2501 to Approximately the Broad Street Interchange at Segment 0164/0165 Offset 0112/0112. The goal for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation in this agreement shall be 0 of the total agreement cost. Cost included in a DBE firm's price proposal as direct cost of work and services by others shall not count as DBE participation in this agreement, unless completed by a DBE firm. Additional information concerning DBE participation in this agreement is contained in the General Requirements and Information Section referenced below. The anticipated date of selection for this agreement is 11/12/2025, with a NTP on the first work order anticipated for 12/01/2025.
