Major items of work and approximate quantities are as follows: Remove Asphalt and Base 6,550 SF Place Asphalt 140 TN Pour 4" Concrete 406 SF Place Aggregate Base 280 TN Seal coat and Pavement Markings 17,350 SF Together with traffic control, restoration, and other related work items Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or satisfactory bid bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, payable to Clay Township, shall be submitted with each bid. Question Deadline 10/02/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 calendar days after the date and time of bid opening. Clay Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part, to waive any irregularities, and to make the award in any manner considered by the City Board to be in its best interest.
