The proposal shall also be accompanied by all forms provided in the Proposal Section of the Specifications or to be submitted by the Bidder and listed in the Checklist. Bidders must comply with their State of New Jersey, Department of Labor "Certificate of Registration" as required by the "Public Works Contractor Registration Act" and State of New Jersey Business Registration Certificate issued by the New Jersey Division of Revenue as required by N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 and Public Law 2004, Chapter 57. The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids (a) it Proposals are not accompanied by a bid bond or certified check, (b) if the Proposal forms have not been properly executed, (c) if the prices are obviously unbalanced, (d) if acknowledgments of addenda of the plans, specifications, or contract documents are not submitted with the bid and (e) if the Consent of Surety is not properly submitted and (f) if it is deemed to do so in the best interest of the Borough. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
