The mandate consists of replacement and repair work on buildings located at 3270, 3272, 3280 and 3282 Avenue de la Pepiniere in Montreal. More specifically, it includes replacing sliding doors, windows, balcony bridges and railings, performing specific masonry and metalwork, and repairing the garage entrance ramp, concrete access pavements, foundations and a retaining wall. The mandate also includes painting the preserved metalwork and replacing various interior and exterior doors. The Bid must be accompanied by the following documents: A bid bond equal to 10% of the total cost of the Bid, excluding applicable taxes; A performance bond worth 50% of the total cost of the Contract to be entered into, including applicable taxes; INFORMATION: At the email address approvisionnement@shdm.org To be validly received, Bid documents must be placed in a sealed envelope bearing the title and number of the project, or in the case of a Bid submitted electronically, encrypted, transmitted, time-stamped and saved on the SEAO servers no later than the date and time limit for receipt of bids. Bids received will be opened publicly at the SHDM office immediately after the deadline for receipt has expired. A bond for wages, materials and services worth 50% of the total cost of the Contract to be entered into, including applicable taxes.
