Site work for a military facility in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade military facility.
The work includes the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary for excavating and disposing of the soil of the grassy mound at the intersection of 4th Avenue and 2nd Street at Longue-Pointe Garrison in Montreal. Bidders must be Indigenous Businesses or eligible joint ventures, as defined by the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB), and must certify compliance using Form A - Certification of Requirements for the Set-Aside Program for Indigenous Business. Bidders who do not include this certification will be disqualified. Attendance at a non-mandatory site visit is highly recommended, and attendees must register in advance. Inquiries must be directed only to the specified DCC Contracting Authority. Bidders who contact others for clarification may be disqualified. Bidders with suspended DCC bidding privileges who submit bids will have those bids rejected and no contract will be awarded.
