Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Nevada City, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The work consists of the destruction of seven groundwater monitoring wells as part of the Nevada County Sanitation District No. 1 (NCSD #1) decommissioning of the Penn Valley Treatment Plant. The Contractor shall be responsible for all labor, materials, and costs required to complete the Contract. Destruction and abandonment of the seven groundwater monitoring wells shall be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents, including the Groundwater Monitoring Well Destruction Workplan prepared by Hydroscience Engineers, Inc., dated August 7, 2024. Bidders are advised to consider all instructions as specified in the Contract Documents, including attending the pre-bid walk-through and submitting any questions regarding the work or contract documents online before the specified deadline. Engineer's Estimate: $54,450 Questions regarding the Work or the contract Documents shall be submitted online on Public Purchase due before 3:00 PM, Friday October 17, 2025
