Site work for a water / sewer project in Sister Bay, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Description of work: Replacement of 180 wall feet of failing shoreline and boardwalk with steel sheeting and 20' wide concrete cap. In addition up to 1000 yd3 of dredging requiring floating equipment will be required. As of November 3, 2025, this project has been cancelled. Bid requirements: Bid must be accompanied by cashiers check, money order or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the total bid made payable to Village of Sister Bay. Such bid will be forfeit if a contract cannot be entered. Right to reject bids: The Village of Sister Bay reserves the right to reject any and all bids, the right to waive Irregularities and informalities in bidding, the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional bids and the right to accept the bid which best serves the interests of the Village. Bid changes and withdrawal: The Village reserves the right to postpone the award for up to 30 days with the bid deposits on hold during that time period as necessary to review the bids.
