Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hammonton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The scope of work for this project consists of enhancing the existing sidewalk on 11th Street from the new bike path, between Judy s Court and Washington Street, through Egg Harbor Road, approximately 950 LF. Improvements include improvements to existing sidewalks, ADA ramps, crosswalks and striping, traffic calming, and intersection improvements. Accordingly, the Town of Hammonton will award the project to the qualified Bidder who submits the lowest responsible bid price for the total project construction. Any Bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of Bids or any authorized postponement thereof. Bids received after time and date designated shall not be considered. The provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.3 shall be adhered to on this project. Construction shall commence at the project site within fourteen (14) calendar days after the date to be specified in the written Notice to Proceed by the Engineer and shall be completed within sixty (60) calendar days from the date the written Notice to Proceed is given, unless otherwise agreed to. Bids accompanied by a Consent of Surety, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, other documents required pursuant to the specifications, and a certified check, cashier s check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the amount bid but not in excess of $20,000.00, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above.
