Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hammonton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

**As of September 24, 2025, the project was awarded to Rambone Concrete, LLC, with an awarded amount of $441,915.10.** The project will consist of the replacement of new asphalt & concrete walkways, as well as stormwater drainage features to be installed in and around Hammonton Lake Park within the Town of Hammonton. Work needs to be completed by November 21, 2025 Bids must be on the official Bid Form which can be obtained from the Engineer, at the offices of ARH Inc., 215 Bellevue Avenue, Hammonton, NJ 08037 and accompanied by a Consent of Surety, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, other documents required pursuant to the specifications, and a certified check, cashier s check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the amount bid but not in excess of $20,000.00, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. Each Bid must state the name and address of person, firm and corporation interested in the same as a principal Accordingly, the Town of Hammonton will award the project to the qualified Bidder who submits the lowest responsible bid price for the total project construction. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS : Any Bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of Bids or any authorized postponement thereof. Bids received after time and date designated shall not be considered. No Bidder may withdrawal a Bid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. CONTRACT COMPLETION : Construction shall commence at the project site within fourteen (14) calendar days after the date to be specified in the written Notice to Proceed by the Engineer and shall be completed within 60 calendar days from the date the written Notice to Proceed is given, unless otherwise agreed to. Time is of the essence for this project. The intent of the Town is to complete the project prior to the December 31, 2025 deadline for the funding source. PROJECT FUNDING : Financial assistance for these activities is made possible in part by a grant from the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Division of Housing and Community Resources, Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program Other Requirements: Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1977, Chapter 33, requiring corporate bidders to submit the names and addresses of stockholders owning ten percent (10%) or more of their stock, or partnership owning a ten percent (10%) or greater interest in the partnership. Bidders are also required to comply with the subcontractor identification requirements of Local Public Contract Law (40A:11-16).
