Hammonton Public Schools - ECEC Pre-K Expansion Renovation: The existing first floor will undergo minor renovations to create a new corridor through an existing office giving access to a new elevator and stair tower. Various first floor spaces will require interior finish removal and replacement due to access for utilities to serve the second floor. Addition: Approximately 11,000 sf of new construction shall accommodate 8 Pre-K classrooms stacked directly above the first-floor classrooms. Additional spaces include a private office, staff toilet room, janitor’s closet, two stair towers and one elevator. The construction type matches that of the first floor with masonry bearing walls aligning with first floor bearing walls. The roof is comprised of both sloped and flat steel bar joists with epdm roofing.
