ADA Compliant Improvements to the Recreation Facilities at Hammonton Lake Park. The project will consist of the replacement of park playground equipment with ADA compliant equipment and related site ADA improvements in and around Hammonton Lake Park within the Town of Hammonton. Work needs to be completed by 8/31/2025. Construction shall commence at the project site within fourteen (14) calendar days after the date to be specified in the written Notice to Proceed by the Engineer and shall be completed within 30 calendar days from the date the written Notice to Proceed is given, unless otherwise agreed to. Time is of the essence for this project. The intent of the Town is to complete the project prior to the 8/31/2025 deadline for the funding source. Accordingly, the Town of Hammonton will award the project to the qualified Bidder who submits the lowest responsible bid price for the total project construction. accompanied by a Consent of Surety, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, other documents required pursuant to the specifications, and a certified check, cashier s check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the amount bid but not in excess of $20,000.00, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above.
