The City of St. George, Utah, is seeking proposals from licensed contractors for ongoing maintenance of public right-of-way (ROW) areas. The scope includes 69 locations. Questions Due Date: Oct 5th 2025, 2:00 PM MDT The City of St. George, Utah, is seeking proposals from licensed contractors for ongoing maintenance of public right-of-way (ROW) areas. The scope includes 69 locations and seven roundabouts totaling approximately 6.84 million square feet, see Exhibit A for an overall view. Services to be provided include, but are not limited to, weekly trash pickup, weed control and spraying, general landscape cleanup, plant and tree maintenance, irrigation system inspection and repair, and emergency on-call response. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, including the option not to award a contract as a result of this RFP. If a contractor is selected, they will be notified by November 1, 2025, with services expected to begin on January 1, 2026.
