2022 Capital Project - Phase 4 High School 52-14-01-04-0-001-025 Harrison Elementary School 52-14-01-04-0-002-014 Moreau Elementary School 52-14-01-04-0-003-017 Tanglewood Elementary School 52-14-01-04-0-008-014 Ballard Elementary School 52-14-01-04-0-009-010 Building Renovations and Alterations, including MEP upgrades, abatement and minor site work. The Owner, the School Board of the South Glens Falls Central School District, will receive sealed bids to furnish materials and labor to complete the 2022 Capital Project - Phase 4 project which includes building Renovations and Alterations. Each bid shall be on a stipulated sum basis for the following contracts: Contract No. 21 - Mechanical Construction (MC). Bidder must provide Bid Security in the amount and form, per the conditions provided in Section Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days following the receipt of Bids. The Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date. The School Board of the South Glens Falls Central School District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, or to reject all Bids without explanation.
