Renovation of an educational facility in Richmond, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Bids will be received for the Fairview Elementary Tower Restoration. All bids must be filed on the required State Form 96, properly signed and executed as evidence of financial responsibility and filed with the Director of Operations of Richmond Community Schools. Each bidder shall submit either a bond, money order, cashier's check, or certified check for five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, made payable to Richmond Community Schools. Facsimile delivered bid forms will not be accepted. All bids must comply with applicable laws and the Board of School Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the lowest responsible and responsive bid, not necessarily the low bid, or to accept bids on one or more separate items.
