This is a federally funded (FHWA) local transportation project. The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) is the owner and operator of these local roadways and are providing local match funding in accordance with an executed MOA (#2525M001). All design, bidding and construction contract administration services are being provided by the Department considering the federal aid funding sources. This project encompasses the complete reconstruction of both Vintage Blvd and Clinton Drive including all paved surfaces, storm drainage facilities, ADA compliant sidewalks and other associated amenities or features as may be required. Expected work includes all civil engineering, electrical engineering, traffic engineering, geotechnical, surveying, ROW engineering and support services for public involvement and environmental work items.
