Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Moberly, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.

Main Building HVAC System Replacement Provide a bid to remove and replace the rooftop-mounted condensing unit and adjacent evaporator coil system at the Main Building of the MACC Moberly campus. The scope includes removal of the current Carrier condensing unit (Model: 38AKS044-501, R-22 refrigerant) and the adjacent evaporator coil located in a separate rooftop-level compartment. Complete and sign the Contractor Bid Submittal Sheet, include warranty information, and provide completed specifications/scope. Include detailed warranty and recommended preventative maintenance intervals. Bids must be clearly marked as "Auditorium HVAC Upgrades." MACC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
