**As of March 6th,2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This project shall include demolition work, including removal of asphalt, concrete and existing soil as state herein at a minimum. All questions concerning the solicitation and specifications shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to the name below. You are encouraged to submit your questions via e-mail. January 9, 2026 Written responses to Requests for Additional Information sent to all. Bid date notes : Bids received after the appointed time will be determined non-responsive and will not be opened and considered in the evaluation. The contractor shall complete all work within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. If the contractor fails to complete the work within the specified contract time, the contractor shall pay the City liquidated damages in the amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100) per calendar day for each day the work remains incomplete beyond the required completion date The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids received in response to this RFB, or to cancel the RFB if it is in the best interest of the City to do so.
