Renovation of an educational facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Notice is hereby given that Tulsa Community College (TCC) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Metro Campus Academic Rooftop Units Replacement located at the Metro Campus as per the attached Specifications and General Terms and Conditions. There are instructions for the submission of bids, requiring vendors to supply specific information related to non-collusion, bid bonds, and verification statements. Vendors are to submit a Base Bid and complete required affidavits certifying the absence of collusion and compliance with Oklahoma Title 74 Section 85.42 regarding conflicts of interest. A bid bond of 5% of the bid amount, provided as a paper bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check, is required for submission, and original documents may be required at the time of award. Electronic bid bond submission is also an option. The project requirements are detailed in attached specifications and terms.
