Bids must be submitted electronically via CivcastUSA. For construction contracts over $50,000, bidders must provide either a 2% certified or cashier's check or a two percent bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Bidding documents are available on www.civcastusa.com and may be examined at the office of Quiddity Engineering, LLC. Bidders must also submit a completed, executed, and notarized Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) with the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until 90 days after the opening of bids.
