Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Nottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade medical facility.

The work includes the modernization of 2 Gearless (MRL) elevators at 713 Montreal Road, Ottawa, ON. The work shall include all labour and material, including overtime, required to meet the agreed project schedule. The work is specified in the documents 14000 - General Specification, 14100 - Modernization Specifications, and 14900 - Maintenance Specifications.
