Renovation of a laboratory facility in Burlington, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Complete replacement of existing 28-ton chillers with two new supplied packaged chillers, including demolition of the existing systems and associated piping and controls. This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will invite bidders to qualify for Phase Two based on their relevant experience; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified respondents from Phase One to demonstrate qualifications and experience and provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
