The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for: the labor, equipment, mobilization, excavation, site prep, permits, fees, excavation, soil, bollards, sod, road base, landscaping, finishing, materials, tools, transportation, incidentals, cleanup, disposal, and all else necessary to perform various improvements to the harbor, east beach, and Beach Trail areas at the Day Use Area at Zippel Bay State Park as specified.. Failure to respond to latest event version may result in bid rejection. Responses that do not comply with the solicitation will be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State.
