Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 6 addendum issued for this project. ** Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/10/08 02:00:00 PM NDT Newfoundland & Labrador Health Services (NLHS) is administering this tender on behalf of Eastern Urban Zone to submit proposals for the supply of an Air Handling Unit (AHU) for the Health Sciences Centre (Janeway Hostel) in St. John's, NL. Supply a custom fully redundant exterior air handling unit to the requirements of CSA Z317.2 latest edition. Unit to be fully redundant with parallel flow arrangement and both sides of the unit completely separate from the other having separate controls, power supply to allow one side to operate while the other is off for maintenance or any other reason. Scope to include supply to site at Health Sciences Centre, St. John's, NL Scope to include provision of detailed shop drawings outlining all unit details, weight, curb, internal components, performance data, electrical wiring and controls. Performance data to include both normal parallel operation and individual one side operation. Supplier to coordinate with owner, general contractor, mechanical contractor, controls contractor and electrical contractor all site requirements. Unit to be fabricated and supplied to site within 12 weeks of contract award. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
