Electronic bids are requested for the DIAMOND BAR BOULEVARD COMPLETE STREETS CONSTRUCTION PROJECT in the City of Diamond Bar, Los Angeles County. Bids must be submitted in PDF format via www.PlanetBids.com by 2:00pm, Thursday, October 16, 2025. Contractors may obtain bid documents from www.planetbids.com. All bids will be publicly read via teleconference. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site (350 S Diamond Bar Boulevard, Diamond Bar, CA 91765). A 10% bid bond is required. Bidders must hold a Class A or C-12 license. The work to be performed or executed under these plans and specifications consists of and includes roadway rehabilitation of asphalt pavement; reconstruction of curb and gutter and sidewalk; concrete bus pad installation, removal and replacement of catch basins, traffic signal replacement; hardscape, landscape and irrigation and lighting improvements; and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary for the proper construction of the contemplated improvements, as indicated on the project plans for Diamond Bar Boulevard Complete Street Project.
