The Diamond Bar Center, located in picturesque Summitridge Park, is owned and operated by the City of Diamond Bar. The Center features impressive banquet and meeting rooms with breathtaking views of the San Gabriel Valley. The 22,500 square foot facility is the perfect setting for wedding receptions, formal dinner gatherings, corporate seminars, training or meetings, and a multitude of other community events, including enrichment classes for all ages and interests, government/public meetings, and local stakeholder events. The City is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional janitorial/cleaning services and event setup and teardown services at the Diamond Bar Center as provided in Exhibit A – Scope of Work/Specifications. The facility operates nearly seven days per week, 365-days per year and the number and size of events range from small events with 5-10 participants to large banquets with 350-400 participants. Bidders should base proposed staffing needs for event setup and teardown services using the sample monthly event calendar included in Exhibit B. Janitorial/cleaning and event setup and teardown services may be completed by the same scheduled staff.
