Description

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Holmen, Wisconsin. Working plans call for site work for a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

As of October 22, 2025. Bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. No definite date for the rebid. The project involves constructing a pickleball court and a half-court basketball court at the Town Hall Park. Bid A: Remove current basketball court (95' x 45'), grade and prepare the existing base, install 3" asphalt for a pickleball court (60' x 60'), roll to finish, and re-landscape, seed and mulch. Bid B: Remove grass for the half-court (30' x 30'), grade and prepare a 6" base, install 3" asphalt for a half-court basketball court (30' x 30'), roll to finish, and re-landscape, seed and mulch. All sealed bids must be received by 4:00 p.m. on the specified date and will be opened at the Town Board meeting the same day. Successful bidders must furnish certificates of liability and workman's compensation insurance. The completion date will be negotiated at the time of contract award. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. “All bids submitted on 10/08/2025 have been rejected.
