The City intends to engage a consulting firm or team of firms to provide consulting services for preparation of NEPA clearance documentation as required for the City's Safe Streets and Roads for All grant. The consulting team must be currently registered in the State of Arkansas and have a minimum of five years of experience in the related field. Proposals shall be submitted to the Active Transportation Coordinator. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities in its best interests. Firms should submit proposals that contain the following: 1) A cover letter with primary contact information, 2) A detailed work plan that identifies the major tasks of work, 3) A list of major concerns associated with completing the work, 4) A proposed work schedule, 5) A manpower estimate for specific projects as requested, and 6) Updated Standard Form 330 Parts I and II, if necessary. Dean's Trail Phase IIIB will connect the current terminus of Dean's Trail near Don Tyson Parkway to the Lake Fayetteville Trail near Ivey Lane and Highway 265. The submission should be brief and adhere to the required information.
