Demolition Svcs Kenton Co. Brent Spence Bridge Improved with a one story commercial building being used a liquor store. The building is 5,508 sqaure feet. The building is brick veneer. The lot is 0.606 acres and entirely paved. A liquor store sign is on site. All structures are to be removed. The pavement can remain. Deadline for written questions Vendors are strongly encouraged to submit questions in writing by the date/time specified. The Commonwealth will respond to all questions in writing by issuing an Addendum to the Solicitation. Questions submitted after the date listed may not be answered unless the question(s) is/are considered material to the procurement.
