Site work for a residential development in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade residential development.
The work generally consists of Streets Excavation, Drainage, Water, Wastewater and Erosion Control Improvements for SANTA RITA RANCH NORTHWEST PHASE 2, SECTION 1. Bids must be addressed to Santa Rita KC, LLC, on behalf of the Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 19H. Bid documents are available for purchase from the Project Engineer. A non-refundable purchase fee will be charged. Only bidders who purchase documents will have their bids considered. Bids must be accompanied by a cashier’s check, certified check, or bid bond for no less than 5% of the total bid as a guarantee. Maintenance bonds for various portions of the work are required, with durations and coverage percentages based on the type of work. Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive defects and irregularities in bidding. The successful bidder will be considered based on the most advantageous and economical completion of the project for the District. Pre-qualification requirements: The Pre-Qualification Statement provided in the proposal packet and required by Williamson County M.U.D. No. 19H must be completed in its entirety and submitted as part of the proposal. Any proposal lacking the Pre-Qualification Statement will not be considered.
