**As of October 22, 2025, the project is out for rebid. Project will be rebid on October 29, 2025..** The Harlan County Conservation District is seeking bids from qualified construction contractors for the Harlan County River Ramp Project. The project involves the construction of up to ten river access ramps along the tributaries and on the Cumberland River. Contractors are expected to install River Ramp Launch sites and associated appurtenances for the project. Respondents must submit a minimum of three copies of their statement in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Harlan County Conservation District Construction Services Harlan County River Ramp Project." The Harlan County Conservation District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Attention is called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed under the contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, Title VI, Section 504, and EO 11246. Local, minority, and female owned firms are particularly encouraged to participate. The Harlan County Conservation District is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
