Renovation of a multi-residential development in East Providence, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.
Work of this contract comprises the removal of the existing heating system including controls, piping, valves, and other components. The general scope of work shall include (but is not limited to) furnishing and installing new heating boilers, pumps, an air separator, valves, piping, and accessories necessary to provide a complete updated boiler plant. Additional work includes installation of concrete pads and other work as indicated on the drawings and specifications. The contractor shall provide all material, labor, tools, plant, scaffolding, equipment, transportation, superintendence, and all other services and facilities necessary for construction, including all incidental work as required or specified in the contract documents. The project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Bidders are invited to submit sealed proposals as per supplementary instructions. Question Deadline 10/09/2025 at 12:00 PM ET No interpretation of the meaning of the Contract Documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation shall be in writing to the Project Manager via email and to be given consideration, must be received in the Architects office not later than 12:00 noon, seven (7) calendar days (Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays included) prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids.
