The solicitation is for the purchase of 30 CHAUVET Professional Maverick Force X Profile LED Moving Head Fixtures (Black) with cases. The contract is for the supply of these fixtures and related warranties only, and all installation will be handled by LRCVB. Only new in box equipment will be accepted. Prices are to be held firm for 90 days and should not include taxes or shipping. Bids will be awarded by line item to the most competitive firm for that item. Electronic proposals are encouraged, but manual responses are accepted as long as they are sealed and properly labeled with the bid number and closing date. Late or unsealed bids will not be considered. Bidders must submit a completed, signed copy of the front page of the “Invitation to Bid” along with any required information. LRCVB reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to award items either all, none, or by line item. Quality, time, and probability of performance may influence award decisions. Bidders must deliver new commodities of the latest design and model unless otherwise specified, and products must be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Sales or use tax is not to be included in the bid price but added to the invoice. Prices quoted must be F.O.B. to destination at the designated LRCVB facility in Little Rock.
