Site work for a water / sewer project in Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Installation of approximately 2,300 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron potable water main and construction of a 12-inch flowmeter and 12-inch remotely operated valve station on Crystal Valley Road from Sienna Lake Drive to approximately 500 linear feet east of Colonel Miller Road in Little Rock, Arkansas. Bidders must obtain an official set of contract documents directly from Central Arkansas Water and be listed on the plan holders list to ensure receipt of addendums or updates. All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid. The Commission reserves the right to waive formalities, reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid deemed to serve the best interest of Central Arkansas Water.
