This Advertisement for Bids is seeking solicitations for the cross-country water main replacement, including approximately 1,100 LF of water main appurtenances and the interconnections and crossing at Station Road, as shown on the Plans. A Change Order may be awarded for additional replacement of water main and water services along NH-25 in Spring 2026 following NHDOT approvals. All Bids received will be reviewed by Horizons Engineering for responsiveness and presented to the GICWD. Contract will be awarded to the apparent low bidder. Completion time for the project will be calculated as calendar days from the date specified in the "Notice to Proceed" as follows: Calendar days for substantial completion: 120 Calendar days for final completion: 150. Liquidated damages will be in the amount of $500, for each calendar day of delay from the date established for substantial completion, and $500 for each calendar day of delay from the date established for final completion. Each General Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the Total Bid Price. The successful Bidder must furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds and will be required to execute the Contract Agreement within 10 days following notification of the acceptance of their Bid.
