The Department of Water Resources (DWR), Division of Operations and Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering Branch, invites qualified firms with metallurgical engineering expertise to submit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ). The selected contractor will provide metallurgical engineering expertise to perform material failure analysis, testing, and evaluation of mechanical components associated with State Water Project (SWP) facilities and DWR projects.
