Renovation of a municipal facility in Grand Coulee, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Portable Substation The following requirements/qualifications will be submitted along with contractors quote. Technical evaluation of offerors ability to provide the final product meeting the specifications in Part 2 of this Performance Work Statement will be considered in award selection. A. Contractor will submit a technical description of the equipment being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation B. Contractor will describe in their quote how the power substation is designed and assembled as a complete integrated system by a manufacture who specializes in the manufacturer of power substations. All components for the Portable Power Substation must be integrated well and purposely designed in the final assembly. C. Contractor will provide the manufacturers ISO 9001 or 9002 certification. D. Contractor will provide a list of the manufacturers commercially fabricated power substations with similar equipment during the past five (5) years which demonstrates previous experience with this type of requirement.
