Site work and new construction of a military facility in Newnan, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 28,500-square-foot military facility; and for site work for a military facility.

Qualifications for a Build-to-Suit building consisting of approximately 28,500 square feet for use by the Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS). Each proposer will submit their qualifications and prior experience for delivering a Build-to-Suit facility of approximately 28,500 square feet, two story building located on approximately 4.7 acres along Hospital Road. Newnan, Georgia - See Exhibit D for the property survey. The DHS building will consist of 3 different divisions - Aging Services, Child Support Services, and Family & Children Services. Each division will require separate entrances and will generally include offices, conference rooms, evaluation rooms, treatment rooms, restroom facilities, ancillary support rooms and a generator serving the entire building. See Exhibit E for the "Space Utilization Program" from the State Properties Commission. The qualifications required will include the proposed team for Architectural & Engineering Design, including the structural, mechanical, electrical and civil engineering design needed to complete the project. Specialty Consultants may also be required for low voltage installations and FFE procurement. The anticipated budget for the project is as follows: Site work Cost $2,000,000 Construction Cost $11,400,000 Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment $800,000 The completed building will be leased to Coweta County and subleased to the State of Georgia through the State Properties Commission over a 20-year lease period.
