Remodeling of an educational facility in Clearfield, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Davis School District is requesting bids for the Nutrition Services Cook-Chill Remodel and Equipment Upgrade. This project is funded in part by federal funds, and all applicable federal procurement regulations and contract clauses apply. Contractors must comply with all federal requirements. Participation from small businesses, minority-owned businesses, and women-owned business enterprises is encouraged and documented. All bidders must review and agree to the Federal Clauses, which include: Equal Employment Opportunity, Davis-Bacon Act (for construction contracts over $2,000), Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (over $100,000), Clean Air Act and Water Pollution Control Act (over $150,000), Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment, Debarment and Suspension Certification, Rights to Inventions (if applicable), Procurement of Recovered Materials (if applicable), Termination for Cause and Convenience, Non-Collusion and Certification of Lobbying. Buyer requires e-bonding, including a bid bond (5%), performance bond (100%), and payment bond (100%). Bids must be submitted electronically and priced as a lump sum. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at Nutrition Services Building G-4, Freeport West, Clearfield, Utah. Estimated value: $3-6 million *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
