Demolition, site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Clearfield, Utah. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a 800-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to demolish an existing storage shed and construct a new 20'x40'storage shed including all materials and labor required to complete the project. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a contract award to a single vendor that furnishes materials for the demolition and construction of said sheds located at Fisher Park. Question Deadline 07/29/2025 at 3:00 PM MT Online Portal The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for demolishing the existing shed and constructing the new shed as described in the construction documents. Work shall also include: mobilization; obtaining all bonds and insurance, preparation of subgrade to accommodate the new shed, installation of the shed, electrical work, final grading, and miscellaneous other construction work required per the Contract Documents. b. Provide and maintain a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) to control erosion around the site perimeter as required. c. Maintain public access on adjacent public streets during construction. 2. Perform work of the contract per the "General Conditions" and "Supplementary Conditions" The scope of the project has been defined in general terms and conditions in the Request for Proposals. A short synopsis of the proposed work, labor required, and materials proposed has also been given there. The proposer must fully investigate the contract documents, drawings and make investigation at the site in order to fully understand the proposed project. Furnish all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to provide construction services for the following facility in accordance with the following and the attached instructions, requirements, and specifications. Please include a separate proposal amount for each of the following items. 1. Technical Specifications and Scope of Work 1. Excavation 2. Supply and install 20'x40' metal building 3. Supply and install PBR metal roofing and siding 4. Supply and install 1 man door with Clearfield criteria of hardware 5. Supply and install 12'x10' sectional garage door with operator 6. Reconnect electrical run, new electrical panel and LED lights 7. Install 6-20 amp, 120v electrical outlets C. Measurements Proposers will be responsible for their own measurements and must submit a firm price accordingly. There will be no adjustments, for increase or decrease of footage required for the job; therefore, the total offer must be based on the accurate measurements by proposers during the inspection. Failure to do so will be at the proposer's risk. D. Taxes/Licenses Retail taxes and rental taxes and licensing are the responsibility of the Proposer and shall be handled in accordance with Utah State Statutes. The successful Proposer shall be responsible for and, at its own expense, in obtaining all necessary permits, pay all licenses, fees and taxes, required to comply with all local laws and ordinances; county, state and federal laws, rules and regulations which are applicable to the business to be carried on under this contract. E. Firm Price Clause The prices submitted shall be the maximum allowed during the contract period. A. Proposal Response Format All proposals MUST include: 8. Experience/Expertise: This includes qualification and work experience of at least three (3) and no more than five (5) comparable facilities that are currently using your company's services. Please include location of facility, company name, contact name, phone, and current contract dates. Actual photos of completed projects will score higher on the evaluation. 9. Cost Proposal. Cost will be evaluated independently from the technical proposal. Please enumerate all costs associated with the proposal, including design and engineering. B. Contract Price Adjustment. The scope of the work may be increased or decreased at the discretion of the Owner after the contract is awarded. During the execution of the contract, the scope of the contract may be further adjusted at the option of the Owner. The contractual proposer shall be allowed no additional claims other than those stated in the contract documents.
