Reference Number 0000379858 The purpose of this Statement of Qualification (SOQ) is to establish a prequalified contractor pool of general contractors eligible to perform landscape services for the district. Contractors may apply for prequalification to be approved for one or more of the following categories. Placement on the AVL is not a guarantee of work, and the district reserves the right to decline awarding any category: AREAS OF EXPERTISE Site Preparation & Demolition Grading & Drainage Irrigation System Installation & Repair Hardscaping (Concrete, Patios, Walkways, Retaining Walls, Curbing) Small Paving Projects - Minor Patching, Resurfacing, Pathways Soft scaping (Sod, Plantings, Mulch, Topsoil, Fertilization) Outdoor Features (Water Features, Fencing, Lighting, Shade structures) Final Touches & Clean-Up Other - Similar Services Buyer Requires E-Bonding - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Question Deadline 05/16/2025 at 12:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes .
